The default settings should work fine, but if your stride is short or long, you may need to set the stride. Your stride is measured in inches after taking about 5 steps. Measure from the toe of your shoe, to the toe of your other shoe.If the sensitivity is high, even small movements will count as too many steps. If the sensitivity is too low, it will count too few steps. A sensitivity of 50 is the default.For accuracy, it is important to set the stride and sensitivity. There are variations in individual walking methods. Extensive testing has been done on this app to make sure it will work properly if set up properly.Settings and steps are recorded when you exit, so you can continue later where you left off.
